Who We Are

Peak Racing is an independent Fort Collins based elite road cycling team. Four student-athletes at Colorado State University, competing at the Cat 1 and Cat 2 level across road races and criteriums throughout the Rocky Mountain region and nationally.

We're not a club team. We race to win — on flat crits, punchy road races, and the high-altitude circuits that define Colorado racing. Each rider brings results across multiple disciplines, united now under a single, focused road program.

Our goal is to build something real: a competitive team with a professional structure, strong community roots, and partners who believe in what we're building.

Race Calendar
As of now we are still working out the intricacies of our 2027 calendar. Our main focus will be big, national level races across the country such as Tour of America's Dairyland, Chicago GRIT, a select few USA Crits and American Crit Cup races, as well as stage races such as Tucson Bicycle Classic and Redlands Bicycle Classic.
Local Racing
Aside from our national target races, we also strive to display a strong presence in the local Colorado racing scene. Because community is a pivotal foundation of our team, showing up to local races where our roots lie is important to us.
Community
​​Fort Collins is home to one of the strongest cycling communities in the country, and we're proud to be part of it. Through group rides, local partnerships, and community engagement, we help create meaningful connections both on and off the bike.
Team Structure
Cycling is a team sport, and our racing reflects that. We are competitors with skillsets that cover the board: climbers, puncheurs, and sprinters. Our goal is to get a Peak Racing rider across the line first every time we pin a number on. A win for one is always a win for everyone on our team.
